Residential Route Driver
What Tennis Offers:
Tennis Sanitation, L.L.C. is seeking a full-time, year-round, Residential Route Driver to join our family-owned and operated business. We are a local trash and recycling hauler that has proudly served the Southeast Metro for over 57 years. If you are searching for a day-job, and are qualified and capable, we would like you to join our talented team!
Full-Time: Monday – Friday $28.00/hr. – $30.00/hr. Starting Pay (Saturdays only after a major holiday falls during the work week; i.e. Thanksgiving)
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum Class B CDL with no airbrake restriction.
- Valid CDL Medical Card.
- Driver must pass DOT drug screen.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Navigate routes according to printed route sheets.
- Safely operate trucks on roadways and in residential areas.
- Have a positive attitude and good communication skills when dealing with customers and/or the public.
- Ability to work in various and changing weather conditions, as well as exposure to some fumes and odors.
- Ability to perform physical requirements including pushing, pulling, bending and lifting objects.
Benefits:

Experienced Diesel Mechanic
Experienced Diesel Mechanic
Starting Pay: $50.00 – $55.00/hour to start, overtime after 40 hours.
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Saturday only when a major Holiday falls during the work week. (i.e. Thanksgiving)
Tennis Sanitation, L.L.C. is seeking an experienced full-time Diesel Mechanic to join our family-owned and operated team in St. Paul Park, MN, conveniently located near Cottage Grove, Newport, and Woodbury. As a local trash and recycling hauler, we’ve proudly served the Southeast Metro for nearly 60 years. If you’re looking for a stable daytime position where your skills and experience are valued, we’d love to have you join our team!
Our Shop is Equipped With:
- 2 Sets of Wheel Lifts

Responsibilities/Skills:
- Safely perform routine maintenance on diesel trucks to help avoid equipment failures. Maintenance includes repair of engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, brake systems, electrical systems, suspensions, chassis, wheels/tires and driveline
- Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shop
- Collaborate with the team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs
- Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks
- Make service calls for repairs, or to swap out equipment on routes
- Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles
- Good decision-making, problem-solving, attention to detail and customer service skills
Diesel Mechanic Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of heavy mechanic background preferred
- Valid CDL with no airbrake restriction, or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull up to 80lbs., without restrictions
- DOT Inspection Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- ASE Diesel Certification or Diesel Tech Degree is a plus, but not required
- Must have your own tools
- Diagnostic and after treatment knowledge required
