Cart Placement Guidelines

To ensure smooth and timely service in Inver Grove Heights:

Position carts within 2 feet of the street or alley
Leave at least 3 feet between carts and other objects like mailboxes or cars
Point the arrows on the lid toward the street
Remove carts promptly after collection, in compliance with city ordinance
